- All fees, including registration and monthly payments, are non-refundable once paid.
- A one-time registration fee is charged with the first month’s payment.
- All payments must be made in USD.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or other factors.
- Classes are conducted as per the schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
- Changes to schedules, if necessary, will be communicated in advance.
- Access to the LMS portal and learning resources is provided only for the duration of active enrollment.
- Unauthorized sharing or duplication of course materials is strictly prohibited.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late cancellations, or partial participation.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- ACA reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or program features without prior notice.
- While we strive to help students achieve their goals, individual progress may vary based on effort and participation.
