Class Recording Terms and Conditions
Class recordings are shared upon request if a class is missed, and only recordings from the current week are provided. These recordings are intended solely to support your English learning and to help you stay updated for the next class. By accessing and using the provided recordings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in immediate unenrollment and legal action.
Prohibition on Sharing
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of class recordings is strictly prohibited. Recordings are provided solely for the registered student’s personal use. If found in violation, students will be immediately unenrolled, and legal action may be pursued.
No Downloading or Modifying
Downloading, editing, altering, or modifying the class recordings in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, reformatting, cutting, adding to, or combining with other media.
Commercial Use Restriction
Class recordings are not to be used for any commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, resale, public broadcast, or use in any monetized format. Any attempt to sell, rent, or otherwise profit from the recordings will be subject to legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
All recordings are the intellectual property of American Council Academia (ACA). By using these materials, you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights over them and must not attempt to present them as your own work.
Termination of Access
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access to class recordings and other course materials, with no refund for any course fees paid.
By reviewing the recorded sessions you agree to these terms each time you access the recordings.
